SCHEDULE

Grey Modern Class Schedule Print (A2 (Landscape)) (1).png

Each week in our aerial classes, we rotate the different type of apparatus, so they will get the chance to work on hoop, silk, hammock, and pole-nastix interchangeably. All skills taught in our classes are derived from aerial and circus acrobatics as well as gymnastics and dance, although NO previous experience is required.

Our "Mixed level" classes are suitable for students of all levels and experience, where each child will be catered for according to their abilities, progressions or variations will given for those who want to challenge themselves more, or those who need to take it slower -No previous strength or experience is required and beginners are most welcome.

"Rhythmic gymnastics" is a graceful and dynamic floor based sport that combines dance, flexibility, coordination, and strength with the use of handheld apparatus. In this class, athletes learn fundamental rhythmic gymnastics skills while exploring movement to music. Each week, we rotate equipment, so gymnasts have the opportunity to work with clubs, ropes, ribbons, and hoops, helping them build confidence, coordination, and creativity with every apparatus. The class focuses on fun, skill development, and self-expression in a supportive environment.

Our "Floor ACROBATICS" classes are technique classes that complement aerial training immensely. They focus on flexibility training and techniques derived from gymnastics and dance to enhance their abilities on the aerial apparatus. Students will learn skills like backends, handstands, cartwheels, backflips and many more ground-based acrobatic elements. We highly suggest attending these classes in addition to regular aerial classes to maximize potential.

Please note that the age ranges on our schedule are suggestions in hopes to allow the kids to make friends and cater to them better. If a different time slot works better for you, please don't hesitate to contact us for guidance on its suitability.  Every student is unique and progresses at their own pace. We pride ourselves on offering personalized support in each child's journey while fostering the understanding that they all have different strengths and progress differently. With small class sizes of a maximum of 8 kids, we ensure personalized attention for everyone. â€‹â€‹â€‹â€‹
