Mixed Aerial Class

Service Description

A beginner class for kids, in which they will learn the art of flying through the air on a different aerial apparatus every week. Each lesson they will work on a different apparatus, and their class will consist of a thorough warm-up with flexibility training and conditioning, followed by learning a variety of tricks and combos, before cooling down and heading home.
